The program commenced with a session highlighting the significance of yoga. Speakers emphasized that yoga is an invaluable heritage of Indian culture, fostering physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. They noted that regular yoga practice enables a stress-free life and helps prevent various ailments.
On this occasion, SSB instructors guided the students through various yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation techniques. The students participated in the yoga session with great zeal and pledged to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The instructors also provided detailed information regarding the scientific importance of yoga and its utility in daily life.
Expressing gratitude to the SSB officers and personnel, the school administration remarked that such programs not only raise health awareness among students but also foster discipline and self-confidence. At the conclusion of the event, all attendees pledged to practice yoga regularly and encourage others to do the same.
This Yoga Day celebration instilled a renewed awareness regarding health, fitness, and positive life values among the students, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm across the school campus.
