A Celebration of Girls' Education: Mark Sheet Distribution Ceremony Concludes at Thakkar Bapa School, Gabraula (Chandan Chowki-Kheri)

Within the 137-Palia Assembly Constituency, a mark sheet distribution ceremony was held amidst an atmosphere of great enthusiasm, dignity, and deep emotion at the revered Thakkar Bapa Residential Girls' School in Gabraula (located in Chandan Chowki). Organized by the Uttar Pradesh Vanvasi Seva Sansthan, the event at this school served not only to honor the hard work of the students but also to highlight society's growing awareness regarding the importance of education.

The program commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest—social worker Alok Mishra ('Bhaiya')—alongside Rajesh Kumar Tomar (SSB Inspector), Amit Kumar (Accountant at the State Bank of India, Chandan Chowki branch), and Pappu Ji. Following this, the school's tribal students presented a 'Saraswati Vandana' (hymn to the Goddess of Learning) and a welcome song, infusing the entire environment with a spirit of devotion and inspiration.

The school Principal, Brijesh Kumar, accorded a respectful welcome to all the guests—including Chief Guest Alok Mishra, Rajesh Kumar Tomar, SBI Accountant Amit Kumar, Pappu Ji, and Dr. Ramashish—by garlanding them and presenting them with traditional ceremonial stoles (Angavastram).

A Glimpse of Academic Excellence:

In Class 8, Lakshmi secured the first position, followed by Kudrat in second place and Kajal in third.

In Class 7, Riya took the first place, with Vasundhara coming in second and Janvi in third.

In Class 6, Suraksha stood first, followed by Sneha in second place and Sanaya in third.

Subsequently, the guests distributed mark sheets to all the students, and 15 girls—who had delivered the best performances in their respective classes—were honored with geometry boxes and mementos. The joy and self-confidence of the students were clearly visible on their faces as they received these honors.  Speaking on this occasion, Chief Guest Alok Mishra (Bhaiya) became emotional as he remarked:

“The manner in which daughters from rural and tribal regions are forging ahead in the field of education today is a matter of pride for the entire society. It is these very daughters who will shape the future of our society and nation in the times to come. We must make continuous efforts to ensure their education, safety, and self-reliance. I would like to tell all the students: dream big, never be daunted by difficulties, and work hard consistently—success will undoubtedly come knocking at your door.”

He further added that if every member of society contributes to this campaign for education, not a single daughter will remain deprived of schooling.

At the conclusion of the program, Principal Brijesh Kumar expressed his gratitude to all the guests and parents, while elaborating on the school's academic progress, discipline, and achievements.

Present on this occasion were Rambabu, Ramprakash, Asha, Sarojini, Priyanka, Ramdulari, Ramsingh, Dr. Ramashish Ram, and Warden Madhu Singh, along with all the school's teachers, staff members, and parents. The program was successfully anchored by Accountant Lakhpati Singh.
